I have over 3 years experience in commercial kitchens from a family-style restaraunt to a Country Club. At the Country club I was the assistant Pastry Chef, which was great because I love to bake. Working in the food biz developed my customer service skills and my "tough skin" to take criticism. Anyone who's worked in kitchen can understand that.
