- As of May I've trained 579 volunteers on GRID's mission and on construction and residential photovoltaic basics.
- Recruiting and improving retention of Team Leaders (Volunteers who have completed at least 5 installations and lead other volunteers during installation)

- Compiling installation packets for in-house installs with permit information and safety information
